As a brand that has always prioritised member experience, our first intention was to absorb these additional costs internally.

However, to ensure that Australian warehouse stock remains readily available, orders can be dispatched promptly for urgent needs, and local delivery continues to meet the efficiency and reliability standards our members expect, a reasonable and minimal adjustment has become the most responsible choice under current circumstances.

This is not our original intention — but at this moment, it is the best decision to protect service continuity, product availability, and the overall member experience we are committed to maintaining.

Price Adjustment Details

1️⃣ Australian Warehouse Products

• All in-stock Australian warehouse items will increase by AUD 1

• This adjustment does not affect any existing member benefits, including:

  • Member discounts

  • Promotional offers

  • Loyalty points and rewards

2️⃣ China Warehouse Products — Member-Exclusive Benefit

• As a thank-you for your continued support, we have arranged a limited-time member subsidy

• All non-promotional China warehouse products will be reduced by AUD 1

• The selling price will be directly reduced by AUD 1 (no additional redemption required)

• Member discounts and benefits can still be stacked

Effective Date

📅 Effective from 16 December

• Orders placed before this date will be charged at the current prices

• If you are planning to purchase Australian warehouse items soon, we recommend placing your order before the adjustment takes effect
